Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@lateafternoon.co.uk. Please note that returns are made at the customer's own expense.

If your return is accepted, we’ll share instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your item arrives damaged, please send a picture of the broken item and all packaging as it arrived to hello@lateafternoon.co.uk and one of our team will help.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like items purchased in the sale, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), bespoke rugs or bespoke orders of any kind. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your product for a different product, please contact hello@lateafternoon.co.uk and request an exchange. 

Returning the product you wish to exchange will be at the customer's expense. We will be able to dispatch the new product once we receive the item to be exchanged.

If you'd like to speed up the process, the fastest way to receive the new item is to purchase it for delivery whilst you process the return of the first order, which will then be refunded.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
