How To Use

Indoor House Plants

For indoor use only.

This is a fragile pot that won't like the garden and cannot withstand frost.

Remove plants to water them...

Please note that plants should be removed to be watered as the sides of the basket are not watertight.

Simply remove the plant, water it in the sink and wait until excess water has drained away before replacing the plant in the planter.

Use a coaster or mat

We always recommend using a mat to protect wooden surfaces from heat or moisture.

Although the base of the planter is glazed and not perforated, if you are keeping your planter on a wooden surface, we recommend using a mat or coaster to be extra sure no moisture damages the surface.

Maker & Materials

Made from...

Handwoven from clay.

Handglazed in toxin-free glazes.

Made by...

The Juicy Basketweave Collection is handwoven in Portugal using strips of clay by a highly skilled clay weaver.

This very old basketry technique is very rare and hard to find, so we are lucky to have found her.

Portugal remains one of the best places in the world to get handmade ceramic pieces made, and the country has a long tradition of beautiful ceramics.

Take care of it

For indoor use only.

Please note that plants should be removed to be watered as the sides of the basket are not watertight.

Dust with a duster or remove any dirt with a damp cloth and water.

Glazed ceramic is a fairly durable surface but the baskets themselves are fragile so handle with care.
