What is a Second?
Seconds are pieces with imperfections that don't impact usability.
Some examples include (but are not limited to):
- Extra paint spots or flecks of colour
- Shadows from the kiln rests
- Imperfections in the pattern
- Imperfections in surface
- Discolouration from hand-making process
Seconds are listed on one page and Samples on another.
What is a Sample?
Samples are used by us for product development or photo shoots.
They could be:
- New quality
- Possibly used in a photo shoot
- Discontinued pieces

Can I choose which imperfections I'm happy with?
No. All the pieces in your order will be selected and paired into orders by Team LA to make the best possible order for you.
Please note that all sales are final and refunds and exchanges will not be offered.
Shipping
Standard UK Shipping
UK orders will usually be dispatched within 3 working days.
We use 1-2 day tracked services with Royal Mail, UPS and DHL, depending on location and order size.

Shipping Fees
Standard UK shipping rates are as follows:
2 Working Day > 2kg - £6
2 Working Day from 2 - 5kg - £7.95
2 Working Day from 5kg up > - £10
All services are tracked and you'll receive your tracking detail by email once shipped.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the UK and to the USA.
Please note that if you are purchasing from outside of the UK, you may be charged an import tax. This is the customer's responsibility to pay.
