- Shadows from the kiln rests⁠
- Imperfections in the pattern⁠
- Imperfections in surface⁠
- Discolouration from hand-making process⁠

Samples are used by us for product development or photo shoots.

They could be:
- New quality
- Possibly used in a photo shoot
- Discontinued pieces

No. All the pieces in your order will be selected and paired into orders by Team LA to make the best possible order for you.

Please note that all sales are final and refunds and exchanges will not be offered.

UK orders will usually be dispatched within 3 working days.

We use 1-2 day tracked services with Royal Mail, UPS and DHL, depending on location and order size.

Standard UK shipping rates are as follows:

2 Working Day > 2kg - £6

2 Working Day from 2 - 5kg - £7.95

2 Working Day from 5kg up > - £10

All services are tracked and you'll receive your tracking detail by email once shipped.

We currently ship within the UK and to the USA.

Please note that if you are purchasing from outside of the UK, you may be charged an import tax. This is the customer's responsibility to pay.
